Our collection of premium round white and gold South Sea pearls is highly sought after for its exceptional quality and beauty. These pearls are considered a luxury item, and their availability is very limited.
Loose Pearl
The rarity of these pearls is due to several factors:
Roundness: Perfectly round pearls are extremely rare. A perfectly round pearl is the ideal shape, making it the most valuable.
Color: The vibrant white and rich golden hues are naturally occurring and highly prized.
Luster: These pearls possess a deep, reflective luster, which is a key indicator of their high quality.
Because of this limited supply, we sometimes have a small quantity available for retail. We recommend contacting us to check for current stock if you are interested in a specific piece.
South Sea pearls are a type of saltwater pearl cultivated from the Pinctada maxima oyster. They are known as the largest pearls in the world, with sizes typically ranging from 8mm to over 20mm.
South Sea Pearl Size
Most pearls you’ll find are between 9mm and 13mm.
A pearl that is 14mm or larger is already considered to be in the “large” category.
A 15mm pearl is well beyond this, placing it in the “very large” or even “extra-large” category. This exceptional size makes it a truly rare and valuable gem.

Loose Pearl is a natural saltwater pearl, a true gift of nature that cannot be ordered or custom-made. What nature provides is what we place in your hands to be transformed into jewelry. A pearl’s value is determined by many factors—its quality, shape, luster, color, size, and other unique characteristics.
Where the Ocean’s Grace Becomes Yours
If you ask, “Which pearl is the best?”, there is no definitive answer. Each pearl is unique, just like other natural treasures such as agarwood.
From Ocean Depths to Your Hands
We offer pearls in a wide range of qualities. For size reference, South Sea pearls generally range from 9–13 mm. Sizes of 14 mm and above are increasingly rare, 15 mm rarer still, 16–17 mm extremely rare, and 20 mm is exceptionally rare with a truly remarkable price.
Here, we sell loose pearls individually, unlike our wholesale business which offers them in bulk packages. In packaged form, pearls are usually sold per 100 grams, containing around 80 pieces. Sizes are irregular, but the shape is generally consistent—such as entirely baroque. Occasionally, a package may include round, drop, or semi-baroque pearls, with mixed colors such as white, cream, or gold. Sizes in these packages almost always vary and are rarely uniform.
Born from a family tradition in the 1980s, our passion for pearls began in the pristine waters of Lombok. What started as a wholesale business serving China and Japan has grown into an international brand, trusted by customers around the globe.
