All orders are shipped via Registered Mail (POS) and include a tracking number. The tracking number will be provided once the package has been dispatched.

Responsibility

We are fully responsible for the package until it departs from Jakarta, the capital city.

Once the package leaves Jakarta and arrives in the destination country, it is no longer under our responsibility. However, we will still assist by monitoring the tracking information and updating the buyer on the shipment’s progress until it reaches their address.

Buyers are expected to remain active in tracking their packages and cooperating with their local postal services or customs authorities if needed.
